x The house is a spacious traditional townhouse, less than two minutes walk from the centre of the town, and from the entrance to the famous Birks of Aberfeldy.
x It has two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a large modern well-equipped dining kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a living room with seating for eight, television with DVD player, CD stereo and a study area. In addition there is a playroom/snug with a television and DVD player, seating and a selection of toys. The house also has a cloakroom. The house has access to an enclosed garden with patio area complete with outdoor furniture, and parking area for 2 cars.
