The house is a spacious traditional townhouse, less than two minutes walk from the centre of the town, and from the entrance to the famous Birks of Aberfeldy.

It has two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a large modern well-equipped dining kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.  There is a living room with seating for eight, television with DVD player, CD stereo and a study area.  In addition there is a playroom/snug with a television and DVD player, seating and a selection of toys. The house also has a cloakroom. An electricity and gas allowance of £10 and linen (not towels) are included in the price.  

We give particular attention to ensuring the self catering Aberfeldy house and cottage are spotlessly clean on your arrival

Lettings normally run from Saturday to Saturday although there is flexibility off season
